We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one. Willie Nelson is a frickin' 90 years old (Pardon the French but that is amazing!) That translates to over six decades in the music business and thousands of songs that he has sung. This disc features some of his harder-to-find songs, not the songs that everybody knows like 'Always On My Mind', 'On The Road Again', or his duet with Julio Iglesias "To All The Girls I Loved Before". This disc does feature his lesser known hit with Julio "Don't Mess With My Toot Toot". His tribute to Merle Haggard "He Won't Ever Be Gone" is included here. Add in his rendition of "Georgia On My Mind", his song "Roll Me Up And Smoke Me When I Die" with Jamey Johnson, Kris Kristofferson, and Snoop Dog along with the other eighteen songs listed below and you've got a great disc to complement the other Willie songs that you may already have.
